In the home, the family room, kitchen and even the King master bedroom open to an expansive deck overlooking the private pool, while two additional King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a second king and a full bathroom, complete the main living floor. The second floor has a great room with one King bed along with two Queen beds with its own bathroom and oversized walk in closet. High ceilings make the room seem huge and the flood of natural light make it a light and bright. Shipmaker details throughout the home such as beaded board, wooden walls and ceilings lend a nautical, cozy feel throughout the home.

Guest are able to park a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway per the HOA. Additional parking is not available. Boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed to be parked at this home.
